Daruma 

The first Daruma dolls were created in the 17th century. Originating from Japanese culture, these items are a kind of lucky charm, a symbol of perseverance.

They are omnipresent, both in literature and in the universe of anime, manga and video games.

For Leblon Delienne, Elena Salmistraro proposes her reinterpretation of Daruma. The mix of colours and finishes very characteristic of the artist's art is once again revealed in this collection, transforming these traditional icons into real collector items.
